December 2017

On December 4th this arrived at your house.

I then could make all reservations for Atlantis.  Which I did.  We leave on March 15th.  ATLANTIS here we come!!!

On December 7th Mr. Bob's daughter sent an email to me with the following included:

Also, Jaiden came upstairs for dinner last night and he said he was playing the xBox online with Drew and his friend. I said “Drew who?” He said “Nana’s Drew!” Apparently, they shared their log in names so they can play online together! I thought that was pretty cute and cool that they wanted to hang out more even if it is online!

Uncle Jeffrey turned 54 on the 7th which is Pearl Harbor Day!

On Saturday, the 16th I picked you up at the Metro Station.  I asked you and your brother "what day is it?"  Zachary said Saturday and you said the 16th.  N,o the answer was it's 89 days until we leave for Atlantis.  You didn't get in my car an I saw you sitting in the front seat of your mother's car.  I got out of my car and went over to you.  You said you needed to stay home to study for exams.  You were really getting stressed out about the upcoming exams.

I was sad that you were not coming over, but I did understand.

I was going to have breakfast with your mother on Saturday so we could catch up, but you and your brother wanted to join us.  So we went to Soul Café up by my church.  The studying you did last Saturday worked really well for you.  You got an A in Gym so no $ for you this semester.

Christmas Eve you guys came over.  We took some photos.

Then we had an early dinner on our new round dinning room table.

We had filet, which you love.

We went to church for the %;00 service and then home to open our presents.

We got you a pair of slip on sneakers that you really wanted.  Look at your face!

November 2017

On November the 4th I picked up you and your brother on Gilbert Road near Peter Piper.  We went there for lunch.

Apparently Zachary dropped  out of wrestling and decided to try golf.  Because of that we had to stop at a golf store.  Because of this we were late getting to the house and Mr. Bob had already hosed and scrubbed the garages and was almost done.

You helped me clean under the recliners and I took a couple of photos of you (which I lost.) down on the floor vacuuming under them.  You sucked up a whole potato chip, popcorn and some other stuff.

I gave each of you some money and put $10.00 into your savings accounts.

Since we are selling our house and building a new one, I decided to start giving you a few things.   I gave you a mardi gras glass I thought you might like to have.

Thanksgiving Day....  Your mother couldn't make it because she had to work.

October 2017

October was a very busy month.  You and your brother left for Atlanta on Tuesday the 3rd to visit your grandmother and Les.  You returned on the 11th.  On the 12th Mr. Bob and I left for Seattle to celebrate his with his family.  We returned on the 16th.  Uncle Jeffrey arrived on the 18th and Marcus and Danielle arrived on the 19th.  On Saturday the 21st we celebrated Mr. Bob's 70th birthday at our house.

First Mr. Bob and I opened a couple of presents.

Then  I suggested we have a putting contest.

Then I put some money in #5 and whomever got a hole in one could keep the money.  Then others put money on other holes.

Uncle Jeffrey won!

Eventually some were eliminated.  It came down to me and Uncle Jeffrey.  I won!!

Then we all went to dinner at The All American Grill at DC Ranch.

Your brother stood up and sang happy birthday to Mr. Bob!!

Mr. Bob got a surprise cake for my birthday.

Then we gave Mr. Bob his cake.

I bought a special candle from China.  When you light the center candle it turns into a sparkler.  The other candles rotate around the center one.

The next day, Mr. Bob, Uncle Jeffrey and I went to brunch.  I was wearing the scarf that Marcus and Danielle got me for my birthday.

When you arrived you said to me some about "percolating".  Guess you got that from me.  Later when you learned we were going to down size you said something about if we got a smaller house, we wouldn't have room to party.

You had on your $180.00 sneakers on.  I should have taken a photo!!

September 2017

Labor Day Weekend!

Your mother went to Vegas for the weekend so Me and Mr. Bob picked you two up at your house.    I went in to get you and you wanted me to see your room.  Then I wanted a photo of me with Kyro.

Your father followed us to the archery place.  You got a bulls eye.  Great job.  Even Mr. Bob gave it a try.

We then drove to BJ's for lunch.  I was in the back with you and your were showing me your new hair doo.  You are too funny.

Your father came later Saturday night to stay over.  Next morning Mr. Bob took you and your brother to Starbucks as usual.  Then, much to my surprise you two went to church with us and then out to brunch at Local Bistro.  After that we stopped at Leslies Pools and I bought you a new mask and snorkel and Zachary got just a mask.  We then went swimming.  Later in the afternoon you and your father went home.  Zachary stayed another night.

Sunday the 24th you and your family came over to celebrate your brother's  14th BD.

The pool was a little cold, but you and your brother went in anyway.

Then we did a little putting with your mother.

You asked me if I had two rubber bands you could have.  I did and you made two pony tails in front of your head.

We are getting a new table so the one has to go.  Here is Mr. Bob kissing and crying over the table.

Before you guys left you and your brother helped Mr. Bob take down the volleyball net.  So you two decided to start throwing the ball up in the aid.  All of a sudden you threw it too high and the wind took it and landed it on the roof.  Before you left your father decided to go up on the roof to get the ball.  It would have gotten stuck in the drain and water would have stayed on our roof and we could have had a possible leak.

All's well that ends well!

We joked with your father about bobcats being up there.  HA! HA!

However, the next day we saw three baby bobcats on our three outside Mr. Bob's office window.
